The only coordinates that never move
Latitude: 1776. Longitude: Liberty. The design borrows the format of a map reference to make its point, that America's actual position is fixed by a year and an idea, not by lines on a chart. A small stitched flag sits below like a surveyor's mark.
There's also a small compass arrow up top, pointed forward. For a cap built around a navigation joke, it lands the serious part cleanly: if you want to find the country, start at 1776.
For the map people and the history people
This one gets picked up by the kind of people who have entered coordinates on purpose. It's an American flag hat at heart, routed through a clever detour, with a real stitched flag under the text to prove it.
